ScooterDiva met up with Arlene at the NYC 2010 International Motorcycle Show. Maybe I shouldn’t say we met up…. more like we followed in her wake as she flew back and forth helping women try on coats and jackets, taking measurements, giving out literature. One thing immediately became clear as we watched Arlene - she listened to each and every customer, took notes, asked questions, learned about their needs. Arlene really cares.
